WHAT TO DO IF... |
| |
|
the dryer does not start? |
Check that it is plugged in.
Check that the master switch has not been triggered..
In automatic models, check that nothing is blocking the sensor. If so, remove the blockage.. |
| |
|
the dryer blows out cold air? |
| Replace the heating element. |
| |
|
the machine is very noisy? |
Check the turbine. It should not graze against either the wall or the cover.
Check that fan wheel screw has not loosened. |
| |
|
loss of power? |
| Clean dryer dust as indicated in preventative maintenance. |
| |
|
do you want to remove marks or burns on the cover? |
When soiled, use a normal window-cleaner product or spirit. Do not use abrasive products.
If the cover is marked with cigarette burns, rub gently with fine water-resistant sandpaper until the marks disappear. |
| |
|
do you want to dismantle the rear plate? (to change the motor or electronic card in automatic models) |
The plate is fixed in place by 4 bolt lugs in the base. Press down one-by-one on each bolt lug with a 6-7 socket wrench.
To re-assemble, simply press down with the hands. |

|
the dryer doesn't stop? (for automatic versions) |
| On the p.c. board, move the jumper to the position B. See page 6. The dryer is supplied with the jumper in position A, what means maximum sensibility. |

NOTE: When carrying out any form of work on the inner machine parts, first disconnect from power supply. |
