Sustainability in construction, renovation, and operation is becoming the new standard and facilities world-wide are reaping the benefits of “going green”.

Saniflow’s high-speed hand dryers are contributing to this movement by offering the largest selection of BuildingGreen Approved and LEED point contributing hand dryers, helping achieve energy-efficiency and waste-reduction targets set by facility owners or as mandated by code.

The LEED Green Building Rating System is a globally distinguished structure that project teams can refer to create highly-efficient and cost-saving “green” buildings. Energy-efficient electric hand dryers – like our Dualflow Plus, Machflow, and Speedflow series – utilize low power consumption and can be an effective asset to this program, helping facilities reduce carbon footprint while simultaneously earning LEED credits in the following categories:

EA (Earth & Atmosphere) Prerequisite 2 – Minimum Energy Performance.
EA (Earth & Atmosphere) Credit 1 – Optimizing Energy Performance.

Energy efficiency


Our high-speed, state-of-the-art Machflow, Dualflow Plus, and Speedflow series dryers use approximately 90% less energy than conventional warm-air hand dryers.

Paper towels use approx. 70 Watts of energy per drying cycle, whereas our advanced hand dryers consume between 0.6 and 4.2 Watts per drying cycle.

Saniflow’s cutting-edge dryers generate 45 times less waste than paper towels.

A typical fast food restaurant with two restrooms uses an average of 910 kilos of paper towel per year… this is the equivalent of cutting 34 trees!
